passport for polish child

hi my question is I'm polish I came to the UK in 2005 and my son was born in 2006, can I appeal about a British passport for my son now can i registration me and son in eea3 form or i need registratiob in mn1 form. thanks

EEA3 is not registration. Its confirmation of PR status.
MN1 is the form to register as BC.

For MN1 you would either need to provide PR card (following EEA3 application) or evidence to cover 5 years. If your case is not straightforward, might be better first to do EEA3 for you (not need for the child one).

Jambo, OPs other thread. Arrived 2005, child born in 2006. BC passport applied for but refused.
