Did I fulfill my WRS obligation or not?

Hello everyone,

This is my story. While Preparing my paper work for PR aplication I came across my old and almost forgotten archive which made me think that mayby...maybe I've been working here legally (looking from WRS perspective) all these years.

Here are the facts:

1. I arrived in the UK in Oct 2004. Soon after I got my first job and registerd on WRS. According to WRS' form I started on 1/11/04.

2. Then I found another job (catering agency- Cateforce) and I applied for the second certificate.I started working for Cateforce as the first job offered only two/three shifts a week. Strating date on WRS form (for Cateforce) is 01/12/04. I have several payslips and P60 copy to cover period between 01/12/04-04/05. Now, here is a tricky bit. I have also another P60 for 2005-2006 period which implies that formaly I was still employed by Cateforce. However according to later P60 I earned only over 100 so I must have done only two, three shifts for them. Technically speaking I was employed by Cateforce for more than a year.

3. I got another job which I started at the begining of April 2005. It became my permanent and only job till now. However this time I did not request another WRS certificate.

So my question is: Can I claim that I fullfiled obligation or not? What do you reckon? Any help would be much appriciated.

Using older EEA3 form for PR

Please correct me if I'm wrong:

-I could use form EEA3 from 01/2011. This one doesn't contain WRS question. It should be ok as 5 years has passed by since WRS was abolished.
-Providing an information about how many days I was ouside of UK and if I claimed any benefits is not necessary to receive PR.
-Documents which are required: a passport/ID, a letter from my employer, P60 for last 5 years and at least two letters per year with my name and Uk address.
-I would need to pay a new fee which is £65.

BTW It woud be nice to hear from people who used EEA3 about their experience.

Many thanks for help :)

If you're going to use any EEA3 form, use this one: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/128 ... ple_v2.pdf

If you are relying on a 5 year period which began before 1st May 2011, you will need to provide evidence of WRS.
