EEA PR delayed

I am non- EU
Applied for Pr once and was refused,and appeal done.
Appeal Hearing :January 2018
Second application sent in march,was sent back because my solicitor did not put my Biometice form.
Application sent:March 11th 2017
Application received and sent back :june 2017
Application sent again:june 2017
Biometric receive:22 August
COA Received: 19th september 20117
Pr ???????
Please can anyone tell me what to do as am really anxious.because anytime I checked online for my applicatikn status, It says application status updated in 19th August.Please does that mean my 6 month counting start from August or june.Thanks all.
