EEA PR delayed

I am non- EU

Applied for Pr once and was refused,and appeal done.
Appeal Hearing :January 2018

Second application sent in march,was sent back because my solicitor did not put my Biometice form.

Application sent:March 11th 2017
Application received and sent back :june 2017
Application sent again:june 2017
Biometric receive:22 August
COA Received: 19th september 20117
Pr ???????

Please can anyone tell me what to do as am really anxious.because anytime I checked online for my applicatikn status, It says application status updated in 19th August.Please does that mean my 6 month counting start from August or june.Thanks all.

Some members have said you should start counting from the time you do your biometrics which is august. Just relax and don't think too much about it. Best of luck
