Do we need new photos for the new application

after my first application was rejected, we decided to correct the situation, complete missing documents and make a new application.
we made first application at 07/08 and we will send the new application in a few days. that means the photos we used for the first application are more than 3 months old. the question is, could we use the same photos we used for the first application or do we have to send new ones
