Do we need new photos for the new application

after my first application was rejected, we decided to correct the situation, complete missing documents and make a new application.
we made first application at 07/08 and we will send the new application in a few days. that means the photos we used for the first application are more than 3 months old. the question is, could we use the same photos we used for the first application or do we have to send new ones

For your safety, send new pictures. It's only eight pounds around... Why give them reasons to reject the application?
