How did TOEIC matter reach the court when you had a residence card as a family member.

Thank you for your reply,
Well its very unfortunate, my solicitor put wrong application as you apply if your spouse is british national, when i was married to to an eu national., he asked me for english test,i did it my self and he send it along with the application, it was refused with no right of appeal, second time he applied for the resident card, which was also refused , but got it approved from the court. I completed my ten years in fabruary 2017 and i applied for the ILR which was refused cuz of toeic with right of appeal, which is in april.
Recently, i had divorce after 5 years. I m going to apply for PR under retain right. Will toeic can effect?? Many thanks

ETS 'TOEIC' has already suspended couple of years ago, how did you have claim that during your ILR?

You need to explain when you have submitted your toeic certificate? Have you ever have submitted any other English language qualifications accept toiec? Will be easyer to make advice for others if you demonstrate your full immigration history as-well.
