Hey dear members,
I am non eea national and in durable relationship with EU citizen from past 3 years.
If home office reject the application then is there any appeal against the decision???

Please suggest me your valuable opinion please.

Hey CR001 ...I close my case over there and in UK already. So tell me answer if you knows regarding my query plz.

How did you enter the UK? Did you apply for a EEA Family Permit or a visa of some sort??

I entered with my EU partner via Belfast. Nobody stopped me. I think I can travel with her anywhere directly too ...but we chosen this route and kept ticket copy for further evidence. So we are thinking to apply in UK as unmarried with 3 years cohabiation. So any appeal right if ho refuse??
And the reason to left Ireland is they are very slow for everything.

No status in UK myself.
Last week we entered in UK.
My partner is Spanish and my child is Spanish too.

There is no appeal rights at present.

Even if we send fresh application with all required requirements and they refuse , what we can Do?

Possibly a judicial review.

Obie tnx for reply. Can you tell the possibility to win on JR as a unmarried partner of EU citizen?? Is there any possibility ho can deny on JR too ?? How long jr will take?

Documents I can produce
1)))) last 2 years fully month to month cohabiation proof example- tenancy agreement, bank, utility bills, child letters , gp, credit union, many more.
2)))) child birth certificate
3))) EU citizen exercising treaty right in uk.

That is a question that I or any other lawyer will not be able to answer with the limited information known about you, and in the absence of a decision.

Ok thanks. I said you already that I don't have status now in UK. But my previous status was student in UK. My student visa was refused after I overstayed 1 year and moved to outside UK and now I entered again with partner and baby ...that's all

If you only arrived in the UK last week, how is your partner able to prove she is exercising her Treaty right here

Dear members,
I need UK civil court or tribunal recognition of unmarried partnership for processing my European citizenship from UK.
Is there any civil court or tribunal which can recognition our unmarried partnership and can write that we are in a relationship more than 3 years? I have all the proof of living from past 4 years. I have eea fm card basis on more than 2 years unmarried partnership from another European member state.

It is noted that, we been UK during 2012 to 2014 , I have that proof too.
