Permanent residence time

Hello all
Shall I make permanent residence card application for eea nation and eea family members?
We living and get together last 7 year also we married for last 6year we both have valid card here in UK my time lines it's
Married in 2013 in U.K
Eea family permit issued 2014 from U.K
Eea family permit expired 2019 from U.K
Register certificate 2013 from U.K
We both have all tax documents including each year self employed tax certificate and P60s
Shall we can apply PR (permanent residence) permit now either we need wait till 2019?

Hi,
I believe you don't have to wait for Residence card to expire if you have lived here for at least 5 years and being married those 5 years than you already qualify for PR.

I already made a application for eea and non eea permanent residence card application paper from
Non eea got biometric aswell so quickly.

How long did it take for your biometrics? Can you post your timeline please?..

Application send 01/10/2018
Payment made by postal order
Biometric latter 9/10/2018
COA received 16/10/2018
Waiting for PR...
