uk visa spouse eea timing

hello everyone im from Pakistan and I have Italian citizenship Im married in Pakistan and I applied for my wife to come to the UK.
I provided all the necessary documents for the visa and after she went to give them to vbs islamabad (PK). They took her passport and told her that as soon as they call her she will come and get it.
on the same day he received a message to her with writing ((the visa application for xxxx was forwarted to ukvi ) what mean?
and how long will it take for her to come here?

It means that the application was forwarded to the UKVI in Sheffield for processing. It may take 12 weeks or more to process.

hi , how much income i have to show to apply a visa for my wife is in pakistan and i m to uk and i have italian passport?i never see any document online for this requirement ...

There is no income requirement, but you need to demonstrate you're exercising your Treaty rights by being employed, looking forward work or studying. Read:

sorry is the fisrt time and i see now ...i want to ask can i leave the job and work at other place or is better to wait for visa for my wife and after change

31-08-2018 "the visa application for "reference number" was forwarded to ukvi on 31-08-2018"
today she recived this message "the processed visa application for "referenze number" was received on 17/09/2018
whats mean the last message ?
its mean the application is completed ?

thanks too all to support me , today my wife go to vfs islamabas and after she take a passport and she has a uk visa im so lucky and happyyyy!!!!!!!
