Please I just applied for settled status application and it's been 2weeks now application still on processing stage..my eu national wife want a separation will that affect my application.

My advice is let the separation happen dont tell HO you will get your settled status uf you have provided them with evidence. The less you talk about your situation to them the better.
You are still not divorced and even if you start divorce now it will take you good 4 to 6 months so you are considered eea family member. And if you tell them about your situation you will mess yp your chances of getting ettled status.
Let me give you example i was saparated but not divorced i applied and i got my settled status in 22 days so be positive.

What if she call home office that we separated

As i said the less you gibe out information the better no one is going to call home offive believe me you will get the settled status as long as you have played your cards right and submitted everything the ask for you certainly will get it for sure. The mistake most of the applicants make is they gibe out information and then they are in trouble just keep your lip amd mind tied and you will see good results the moment you speak out you are in trouble. Look at things technically. As i said if u start your divorce proceedings younwill still be considered family member of eea national. So you have got notjing to worry about as long as you both lived together and she exercised her treaty rights and you have submitted all your proofs correctly settled status is coming your way

When I did apply the NI check eligible me for settled status and I was only ask to submit relationship evidence which I upload our marriage certificate and partner eu valid passport copy.immediately Got COA since then nothing has been asked..12days now

Well 10 more days then most probably and be prepared to provide your partners valid id and the momet they ask for that consider your case has been decided and the moment you give them your partners id they will issue your settled status in 2 hours mark my words

Hi applied for settled status which NI check eligible me for straight away on 20th October was only ask to upload relationship evidence.i supply my valid partner eu valid passport copy and our marriage certificate..
Since then nothing.

When i send application i wrote them everything in the Cover letter . I told them i'm separated and not living together with my EU family member for many years. When you are separated from your sponsor by Law you should inform Home Office ..

Am still not separated still living together but relationship getting bit messy.my application is onging with HO and everthing looks fine,coa issued now 3weeks..shes asking to get out from house am just curious if that will affect the on going application..still legally married
