I have 2 kids currently aged 15 & 17, I am divorced and cant take them to the uk now as I need permission from their father ( I got to wait for court case and stuff) so my question is if I can get my pre settlement status this year in november or december and take my kids with me in f.e. february and if my status would provide them theirs later on? Is it even possible or they would have to move with me this year. We live in Poland

Assuming you have Polish or another EU nationality, as long as you prove you are a UK resident before December 31st 2020, you can apply on your own and get Pre-Settled Status.
Note that you cannot apply for Pre-Settled Status from outside of the UK without proof of residence in the UK.
The EU Settlement Scheme is not a route for future immigration, but a way to prove residency that has already started. Therefore, people are not supposed to apply before they come to the UK, but rather after they have arrived and have began to establish their life in the UK.
What constitutes 'residency' has been the subject of a few heated discussions here, please feel free to browse the topics (specially meaty one
here, I invite you to read it thoroughly) and arrive to your own conclusions.

As long as you get Pre-Settled status this year they could join you in February next year.
