Divorce finalised with pending settled status application

Hello,

considering the following

- 5 year continuous residency reached as a family member of EU/Biritsh citizen
- Applied for settled status
Since this is Lounes route, it can take a while
- Divorce happened and Final order/Decree absolute issues

*Pre-settled status still valid

Question
Will I need to inform home office about that change?
Will this invalidate the pending application, or will it not affect the outcome?

Thank you

What did the Lounes form ask on your settled status application about your EEA sponsor?
Divorce procedings take many months to go through and on your other thread 3 weeks ago, you were asking when you could apply for settled status.
