I am a Polish national and my wife is not.We have been here now 5 years .After 2 years of my continuous work ,i was mad redundant and seeking for work for 5 months. During those months my wife was working as self employed, and we also claimed tax credits. We never had comprehensive health insurance cos had no idea we should have had one. Does this disqualify us applying for permanent residence ? I need to submit EE3 & EE4 but don't want to make any mistakes. Thank you !

I have payslips for the first 2 years and thereafter for the next 2.5 years as well. I was registered at some recruitments agencies and maybe i can find old emails applying for jobs but that's it... do you know if this is a ground for refusal ?

anyway while looking for job you don`t call yourself selfsufficent
submit applications and wait for outcome, of course sedn all supporting documents.
when I was sending my app I have enclosed about 250 payslips, so put in the envelope as many as possible.

I don`t think they will refuse on this grounds, my friend never registered under WRS and his app was successful.
submit any letters you can find, you can send bank statements as a proof that you was in the UK during all this time.

can`t you get in touch with agencies and request letter confirming that you was registered, or you may find some contracts?
