can you proof that you been looking for job during this 5 months, any letters confirming this?polbeer wrote:I am a Polish national and my wife is not.We have been here now 5 years .After 2 years of my continuous work ,i was mad redundant and seeking for work for 5 months. During those months my wife was working as self employed, and we also claimed tax credits. We never had comprehensive health insurance cos had no idea we should have had one. Does this disqualify us applying for permanent residence ? I need to submit EE3 & EE4 but don't want to make any mistakes. Thank you !

I don`t think they will refuse on this grounds, my friend never registered under WRS and his app was successful.polbeer wrote:I have payslips for the first 2 years and thereafter for the next 2.5 years as well. I was registered at some recruitments agencies and maybe i can find old emails applying for jobs but that's it... do you know if this is a ground for refusal ?
