You need to show that she is dependent on you. Concentrate on how you would do that first. If you can do that the documents required would be pretty simple (marriage certificate, your wife's birth certificate).

Normally a birth certificate demonstrates parent / child relationship. Any other proof would work, but to be honest, I can't think of one just now.

i don't think i will be able to produce her birth certificate, don't u think passport isn't enough evidence of relationship?

Not her birth certificate - your birth certificate, showing your name and the name of your mother.

A passport is a travel document which has some details taken from a birth certificate.

Does the passport demonstrate familial link? For example, mine doesn't. One could not tell who my parents were from passport alone.

Remember that you need to prove dependency also.

The slip which you were given after sending the money should be enough, back it up with a letter explaining the circumstances.
