I am going to apply in the next few weeks for ILR, I was wondering regarding the evidence of English language:
- As a Tier 2 General: do I need to submit any evidence? I already submitted IETLS when I first apply for Tier2 five years ago
- My wife got 6.5 in IELTS which is more than level B1 but this is going to expire this week, do they accept IELTS certificate older than 2 years (validity period)??

I will grateful for any advice!

You can used only if you have used the expired IELTS certificate in a previous application.
