It is fairly straight forward process to obtain a Police Clearance certificate. it is a service provided by lical passport office. You need to schedule an appointment online and visit the passport office in person. You will get it within 3-4 days if your passport is already "Police Verified". Else it will take around 2-3 weeks

Urgent!!!Tier2 ICT Extension and stage 2 Tier1 ET application.

Hi all ,
My current employer has extended my Tier 2 ICT a month back(BRP Received) .
I have also completed by Stage 1(Tech Nation endorsement ) for Tier 1 ET yesterday.
Query : I am planning to fill up stage 2(Tier 1 ET) application in next week.
will that affect/refuse my tier 1 ET Stage 2 visa application due to my recent Tier 2 ICT visa extension ?
Is there any time frame needed to reapply or change of visa category(from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 1 ET) as recently got new BRP (Tier 2 ICT extension).

Thanks

Your stage 1 endorsement is also part of ukvi process.

You cannot have 2 applications at the same time.

You can apply as soon as your tier 2 is granted. You will likely need the brp yes.

hi shree, hope you are doing great. I was going through many posts to get help and found this most suitable to ask a question.
My previous employer is only issuing detailed experience letter and no recommendation letter. How I can get recommendation letter or my experience letter (with roles and responsibilities) can be used as recommendation letter ? do I need to get anything mentioned on experience letter, please suggest I am very confused.

Rgds,
Lakshmi S.

How will I know that my tier1 ET application is withdrawn? Got a email confirmation from home office that tier2 is processed but not received any email confirmation of withdrawn tier1 ET

Rather than writing this story you could have answer my question too. I asked you because yours case is similar to me. If you cannot help others how can you expect a reply from anyone else for your question...? Non-cooperative person.

Better not to waste your time posting on my topic and concentrate on your own issue miss Lakshmi and before writing anything to anyone read forum rules carefully ..
