ILR for PBS Dependent (Seperate application)

Dear Members,

I searched the forum for my below questions, but couldn't find related posts. If my questions are listed/discussed already, please direct me there. Thanks in advance.

Here is my situation:
I have a ILR through 5 Year Tier2 PBS granted in Dec 2012.
My spouse entered UK on PBS Dependent by March 2012.
My spouse PBS Dependent visa extended in March 2013 as PBS dependent. It is valid till early 2016
Spouse is now eligible for ILR application through 2 year depenednt route.
Spouse passed LIUK and eligible for points with Degree certificate.

My Questions:
1) What supporting documents are required?
2) Should the applicant prove absences from the country. If so what docuemnts related to those?
3) If the applicant is working, should that be proved
4) Is there a check-list avialable for the applicaiton.

CR001, thanks for the link however that doesn't answer my questions.
