First i would like to inform you about our immigration history.

2004 I have arrived UK as student.
2009 I received post study work.
2010 My wife has arrived uk as my dependent
2011-2013 I received tier 1 hsmp work permit (and my wife as my dependent)
2013-2014 my wife got non pbs work permit, (then i became her dependent)
2014- my wife extended her leave(valid until 2017) and i applied for ILR.
So now she is not my dependent.
I recently received my ILR through 10 years long residence.

What is the best way to follow to make her ILR shortly?

She will only qualify after 5 years residence on her own visa counting from 2013.

There is no quick way unfortunately because even if she switched to FLR(M) (spouse of person settled), it is also a 5 year visa, but she would be free to work for any employer.

her visa type doesn't lead to settlement.

What category does your wife have? If it doesn't lead to settlement, then she should switch.
