ILR dependent to citizen dependent

Hello Members,

My wife currently is under PBS dependent visa till march 2015 , as i have now got british citizenship , under what category her visa extension will happen? i.e will i have to fill FLR M?

She entered country in NOV 2012 , so will be under 5 year rule for settlement

1st visa : Nov 2012 under pbs dependant
Then i got my ILR in Feb 13 ,after which her visa was extended till march 2015 under PBS dependent

Any idea on the time lines?

How did you obtain ILR? 5 years pbs or 10 years long residence?
