Judicial review and fear of Removal Help

Can anyone please clarify??

Iam mother of two and childrens are 5 years old. my all appeal rights are exhausted for my refusal of flr(O) extension now i have submitted Judicial review in Administrative court. I have receive email from capita saying that i should prepare to leave the country. I didnt receive JR ref yet.
Can HO remove my family while my JR is pending??(None of us is british)

I was in tier4 visa..in between extensions i went to appeal and judge allow me as human rights then i got discretionary leave on december 2011..In 2014 i have applied extension for my private life,studies and one children health issue..But HO refused saying not satisfied..I went upto UT..now lodged JR in high court..MY husband working full time,Iam part time.. Now our work rights aswell in danger zone!!
We have been in UK for 7.5 years!!

Please Advice!!
