I got my Permanent Residency (indefinite leave to remain) on Tier 1 route. I am doing arrange marriage this year. I have few WHATs with respect to my partner’s spouse visa.

1. What category of the spouse visa to apply for my wife? For example …Spouse of settled person??
2. What forms to fill?
3. What documents evidence to be shown?
4. What’s waiting time from Hyderabad location?

3. What documents evidence to be shown? Joining Family in the UK aka Spouse Visa (Click)
4. What’s waiting time from Hyderabad location? Not sure, search the timeline threads
If anybody recently applied for spouse visa, please send me private message to get in touch. If you search the forum, you will find many posters have applied. Do you meet the financial requirement of £18,600pa? Your spouse will also need English A1 test or equivalent

Your spouse will also have to pay the IHS Surcharge (Click) before applying. It will be £600 on top of the visa fee.
