Hi everyone. Just a quick question!

I will be in due course applying for my wifes' settlement visa. Can anyone tell me what paperwork I need to include in the supporting documents from my employer?

A quick reply will be appreciated.

Contract of employment and a recent letter detailing your name, address, salary, start date, position etc. (a one page summary of your contract with all the key information).

Plus you need to submit your payslips and corresponding bank statements.

No, HO have full access to your tax records. You need to submit the documents not your employer. Your employer needs to provide you with the documents.
