What is your wife's current immigration status/visa?

If she has a 30 month settlement visa herself, she cannot sponsor your for a visa.

She cannot sponsor you on the back of her settlement visa. On what basis has her visa been granted?

She can only sponsor you for a spouse visa once she gets ILR, so yes, after 10 years.

You will need to keep an eye on the rules yourself. I am certainly not going to dig up your post in 4 years time to let you know if there are changes

No, they are different rules.

You can only apply for a spouse settlement visa if your wife has ILR or is a British Citizen.

On what basis has your wife's settlement visa been granted?

When did your wife get her visa (exact date it started)?

What application form did she submit (and when) and what is the visa called on the printed visa?

Be patient! CR001 does have a life outside of the forum! :|

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

I have already told you that you probably cannot apply for a spouse visa as your wife does not have ILR or is not British. She is on FLR(FP), which is a different set of rules.
