VISA FOR MY WIFE AND SON

Post by belfast2016 » Wed Jan 13, 2016 12:29 am

Could anyone please help me giving advice concerning my wife's and son's visa?

I've recently got ILR visa. Prior to getting ILR, I was on Tier-4 general student visa. However, my son (Born in June 2005 in Bangladesh) and wife came to this country in June 2008 as my dependants. They have still visa valid until 28 June 2017.

At this situation,
1. through in which route can they apply for visa?

2. What application form should I use for them?

3.Is £18600/= income applicable in this case?

Regards,
Rahman

1. Spouse/child of person settled

2. FLR(M)

3. Yes but it is £22,400pa financial requirement for a spouse and child and the both have to pay the immigration health surcharge, £500 each.
