Further leave to remain (M) Not enough cash savings!

Post by Rich1980 » Sun Jan 31, 2016 10:54 pm

I Am a british national.
My wife is Thai national and is applying for FLR( M) next month with a premium service.
She has been here for over two year now and her spouse visa will run out in March of this year.
When we were recalculated the cash savings we needed for the visa.
We realized that we were short by 3,000 pounds.
We have two dependent children who have dual nationality ( British and Thai).
Is there anyway around this without her visa being rejected?
Cash gift?
Explanation of mistake?
Apply for a different visa?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Richard

Do either of you work? If yes, what is your income?

Hey,

I think if you're working and your income is £12,500 you only need £31,250 in savings not the full £62,500.
