FLR(M) Child Documents required

Hi

I need your help to fill up FLR(M) application. I am confused what shall I reply for question 2.3. It reads -

2.3 Please indicate what stage of extension of leave you are applying for or why you are
choosing to extend your current leave in one of the above categories.

I am currently in FLR(M) 5 years route. I am about to complete 2.5 years on 01 Dec 2017 and I am going to apply for another 2.5 years extension now. Which option shall I choose ?

Second period of leave to remain
Or
Further period of leave

It is necessary to mention that, before switching to FLR(M) route in June 2015, my visa status was "Tier 1(General) Dependent".

Regarding multiple IDs, I was unable to reset my oold ID's passpord, system did not recognise me. Reason why I created a new ID.

Good morning,

I am applying for the second part of FLR(M) extension with no dependent. My husband (sponsor) is a British citizen and our 2 years old son is British by brith. In FLR(M) Version 04/2017 Page 64 of 79, it says -

"You must provide an original full birth certificate i.e. one which shows the parents’ names for
all your children. This includes children applying for leave to remain in the UK with you, those
applying separately as a child of a person with limited leave as a partner of a settled person
in the UK or person who is in the UK with refugee leave or humanitarian protection, as well
as children not applying with you and those not subject to immigration control."


I understood that I will need to include my son's birth certificate with my application all though he is British. AM I correct?

However, FLR(M) Version 04/2017 Page 65 of 79 , it says -

"Evidence of where your child/children normally lives and that you and/or any partner play an
active role in their upbringing. This evidence should be dated within the last 3 months and
can include:"

Official correspondence addressed to the child/children;
Doctor’s/hospital letters on official headed paper stating the child’s/children’s registered

Do I also need to include these documents with my application?
