Query on online FLR(M)

Hello ,

I am applying for my visa extension and have got a query regarding the question about " Have you lived outside UK including the country of your birth?"
When adding the details it gives option for adding more countries but it also says countries you have lived or visited. This has confused me as the question asks about country you have lived in and here it says lived or visited. Should i also mention all countries i have visited and never lived in too.

Just state all those countries which you have visited in past even for one day including your own home country.

I'll be very grateful if anyone who's recently applied through the new system shed some light on it.
