Mother andFather visit visa

Hi,

Adding this as I felt I have added in incorrect thread before.

I am currently on T2 ICT visa and have a continuous stay in the UK since May 2011.

I want my parents to come here for few weeks but the situtation is as below.

My father's name in my passport is different from his passport. My passport contains a short form of his name.

Is this an issue? How will the UKBA consider it.

1. Should I rename my father's name in his passport same as what is in my passport? (He has 2 expired passports already).
2. Should I let UKBA know that he has 2 names in use?

Not sure how to take this process. Please help.
