Fiancée visa 30 days countdown

Hello,

Does anyone know when 30 working days countdown for priority fiancé visa is starting?
We applied online on 20th May , we are submitting documents the day before my biometrics appointment which is 28th May . Can we start counting from the date we applied online or from biometrics ?
