Hi everyone,

I hope you all doing well.

Just a quick question regarding housing inspection for UK spouse visa..

I am sponsoring my wife to come to the UK on a spouse visa application I currently living with my parents in council house and the tenancy agreement is in my parents name... i got letter from council allowing me to bring in my wife as its big house and has enough rooms.

My question is do i need for housing inspection and what document should i provide and also which address should be mentioned in inspection report? Is it the visa application centre where my wife submit her biometric or the UK address where my solicitor send her documents for process because 'If you are applying for a settlement visa, you or your sponsor should send your settlement visa application along with supporting documents to the UK visa application centre.

If there is no none-related adult living living there then house inspection report won't be mandatory although no harm in attaching it. If you choose to supply it then it can simply be addressed to UKVI even without their address.
