Spouse visa extension

Post by headbag402003 » Wed Aug 21, 2019 11:44 pm

My husband visa expires on 3 october 2019. So need to apply for first extension
My earning is £12k, so it is very hard for me to meet category A. I also have a second job , 16 hours per week which I started in july of this year. My question is that I will need to apply for my husband extension through catergory b variable income. Need clarification on 2 points.

1) for the past 12 months my earning in total need to be £18600. Can I include my wages from my new job which i started in july of this year?

2) in the last 6 months my earning need to be £9300. Again can I include wages from my second job which I started in july.

Please I need help, I am in a very bad state because I get everyone saying different thing to me. Please help
:(

1+2) you can easily fulfill the both parts of category B. You will need to attach 12 months of payslips from main job and all payslips from July till the date of application from 2nd job. Also you will have to attach employer letters from both jobs and 12 months of bank statements matches with both jobs incomes.
