Wife Visa Granted But Can't Travel within 30days.

Hi,

I am in Uk and my wife visa has been granted in Pakistan, 25/10/2019 Due to some problem she would not able to travel the next 3-4 months, but rules said she has to travel within 30 days and collect BRP in UK post office.

Please help me with how I can delay her travel or extend Visa? or other options

If your wife is unable to enter the UK within the 30 day travel vignette period, you can apply for a vignette transfer to get a replacement vignette with a new 30 day validity period. This will not change the length of time the visa is granted for, which may ultimately impact the number of visa applications necessary to meet the residency requirements for ILR depending on when your wife is able to enter the country.
