Spouse (FM) visa from India

Got myself into tricky situation.

I have an ILR, and getting married in india in Jan ( civil ceremony in court ) and I still hold indian passport. I now realise that my marriage certificate will mention my residence address as India ( since my passport says so )

However, that's not the fact and when my wife applies for UK visa, she wil be mentioning that i live in UK ( of course I live in UK since 7 years and due to be citizen soon ).

My question is, would case worker argue about my address being diffrent in my marriage certificate to that of spouse visa application?

Lawyer says its OK because regitstrar only accepts address which is in my current passport

I was trying to convince myself the same. Just needed some confidence before i commit to it.
