Provision of duplicate documents for Family Extension

Post by Beagle » Sat Dec 28, 2019 11:22 am

Hi all... Happy Holidays,

My wife has previously been to the UK on 2 x 6 month and most recently a 2.5 year Family visa which is up for renewal extension.

Considering that in the 2 previous applications we had provided documents to evidence a divorce and previously provided for example a TB document in support of the previous application, in the visa extension application which we are filling now do we have to submit the same documents again or is it fine to mention in the additional notes that the divorce document has already been provided and evidenced and that the TB test was passed and evidence submitted. It is also the same for the marriage certificate which we have sent in previous applications?

Thanks in advance,

TB test won't be needed and other required documents will still have to supply again. Original documents will remain in your hands as they will be sent electronically.
