Spouse Visa Life Skills A1 and no NARIC how to proceed

Post by cyberstud23 » Fri Jan 24, 2020 6:04 pm

I am British Citizen and want to apply for a Non EU spouse Visa.
My wife has a Bacon degree in English language but I have let her give Life Skills A1 CEFR Level A1 passed.

I want to know if NARIC is required. When I go to fill her form I do not see how to select IELTS Life Skills A1.

The online forms ask for whether spouse has completed her degree in English. And then later ask for proof of English.

In other documents to upload it ask for

NARIC LETTER that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds standard of Bachelor or master or PHd in the UK
AND confirm the level of English to which the degree was taught or researched.

The degree certificate for (spouse name) to prove the level of English language required.

In the form at the beginning
English Language
Are you except from the English language requirement as Yes and provide the proof of the IELTS Life Skills A1

I thought Life Skills A1 alone is enough and no need to get the NARIC letter.

Please help

If she has passed A1 ielts life skills test then there is no need to attach naric comparability report. Also say 'No' to question that whether you have degree completed in English language.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Spouse Visa Director Payslip , Dividend in FY Urgent

Post by cyberstud23 » Wed Feb 05, 2020 5:49 am

Hi,

I am a director of a single person ltd company.
For Spouse visa outside UK, I have to show alot of proofs.
The payslip must match the bank statements. What does this mean ?
Say I have payslips generated within the financial year July, Aug, Sept, Oct but had enough work and missed paying and paid then in Feb next year within same financial year.
Similarly I have taken dividends in March 2019 and not spread between.
Is this a problem ?
Do I have to write any supporting letter for this ?
My income for the financial year is above £18500
and have more than £16000 £(2000) in savings for last 6 months.
In some links I see visa refusal for payslip not matching bank statement. Is the date or amount a concern ?
Would the timing of my payments payslip in 2018 be any issue for me to write supporting letters ?
