FLR FP Spouse

Hi,
My husband is on FLR FP based on private life in UK. He got approval in May'19. He is in UK since 2008 and now he is having 2.5 years FLR. Now we married in Nov'19 and i am outside of UK. Now as we are just married, which category should i apply? Can i apply for Family visa or i have to wait for 2 years for that?
I want to go there now so pls let me know which category should i apply so that i can go there as spouse.
Pls do guide me soon.

My understanding is that he cannot sponsor a spouse until he holds indefinite leave to remain, which in his case, appears to be 2029
