Spouse Visa - Employment Letter

Post by dolasmiles » Wed Jun 03, 2020 11:12 am

Hello guys,

I'm due to submit spousal visa application for my Fiancee and we are putting together documentation as requested.

I'm in dilemma with regards to employer letter, over the past 12 months I have changed jobs twice. i.e employer 1 - worked 3 months, Employer 2 - worked 9 months and still ongoing. Each employment had annual gross salary of £50k plus.
I have all the payslips and employment contracts and job offer letters, however the first employer is refusing to provide employment letter , would the employment letter from current employer be sufficient?
Your advice is appreciated.
Thanks

You only need a letter from your CURRENT employer.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
