Home office further evidence

Hi,

The home office have replied to me today asking for:

1. Documentary evidence you will be adequately accommodated in the UK.

2. Documentary evidence you have maintained a subsisting relationship with your sponsor

How can I provide evidence for these two? They have given me a tight deadline of only one week and am really struggling to find out what is considered as 'evidence' for these two.

Appreciate any help.
