Dependent

Post by i2i » Sat Aug 07, 2021 11:54 am

Hi Good day to all.
Hopefully all are safe. I am requesting for your advice if possible because I read in the immigration rule about an adult coming to the UK who will be cared for by a UK citizen who need long term care.
This is the case of my daughter 26 years old and who has personality disorder. She is fully dependent on his mum who both live together abroad. My wife will be coming over and we are worried that my daughter will be left alone and no body will be with her to look after her once my wife comes here.
Have you come across this kind of issue. What do you think of my daughter's chance of obtaining entry clearance to the UK?

Hoping for your response.

Why didn't your wife and daughter come to the UK when you did in 2007?? Or at least before your daughter tuned 18.

It will likely be incredibly difficult to get an adult daughter to the UK as a dependent.
