FLR(M) Decision Email - No Paper Letter?

Post by MrGamgee » Thu May 12, 2022 9:56 pm

Hi

I have noticed that I haven't received a paper decision letter the same as my last FLR(M) which confirms things like the 5 year route.. etc.

I have received an email from Home Office Atlas confirming this "Your application under the Partner (FLR M) route of the Immigration Rules has been successful."

Is this the same for other people or was I meant to receive a paper decision letter in the mail?

How do you guys know if it's the 5 year route or 10 year route? I would appreciate it if you share your experiences.

It's normal

FLR M is the 5 year route.

The 10 year route is FLR FP.

Thank you for answering 🙂 I was wondering where that can be confirmed on the government website or within the immigration law?

For example when checking if you're eligible for ILR it says check your last decision letter and it should say if you're on the 5 or 10 year route. It seems that this information on the websites might all be outdated if the Home Office doesn't send paper decision letters anymore?

How can we be sure?

It clearly states FLR(M) is successful, which is ONLY a 5 year route.
