FLR(M) Application Form

Post by spouse2020 » Wed Jun 15, 2022 8:25 pm

When you want to switch from Skiled worker to Spouse visa you need to use the FLR(M) form.

The form asks for cohabitation documents covering the last 2 years however in case of switching to this category it is very likely that the couple have lived for a shorter period of time.

So, is it a mistake by the application form as even the immigration rules ask for evidence of living together since the last grant in this category (which is not applicable to the switching cases).

Could anyone please clarify?

The forms are mostly generic to most situations. Fill in details as relevant or appropriate to your own circumstances with indicators that switching.
