The form asks for cohabitation documents covering the last 2 years however in case of switching to this category it is very likely that the couple have lived for a shorter period of time.

So, is it a mistake by the application form as even the immigration rules ask for evidence of living together since the last grant in this category (which is not applicable to the switching cases).
