Fiance Visa - Notice of Marriage

Hi, I've submitted my fiance visa a few month's ago and I have received the following request for additional document:

- Evidence that the sponsor and applicant intend to marry within 6 months such as notice of marriage issued by local authority/ registry office

I'm unable to get a notice of marriage as obviously my partner needs the visa first. Which document can I use here? Thanks.
