Need help please ?
I am applying for a switch to spouse visa while I’m her with a fiancée visa I did get married her recently in uk and I m starting the process online but I’m confused with same questions in the form and I really need help ASAP
There is what I’m struggling with :
1. Is this the first time you have applied for a partner routr,or an extension, with your current partner including as a fiancée or proposed civil partner?
Yes or no :I assume that is yes it’s my first time even if I am her with a fiancée visa ? or no
2. Please choose the reason you are applying for an extention, this includes if you are switching to a partner visa form to an other
I choosed : First extension as a partner following an initial period of entry as a partner or as a fiancé of a settled person Correct
But im confused with this option to :
First application as a partner from within the uk for example you are currently in the uk on a another type of visa or permission to stay
3. In the form they say that we need to prove 2 years of relationship living together in the uk and to prove that we have bills in our name together the problem that I did just join my husband in the uk since 19 January 2023 when I did get my fiancé visa so I don’t have any proof beside my marriage certificate and a letter from the landlord Disregard this question, generic form.
4. Do you have any other reason for wanting to stay in the uk ?yesI have or no I don’t im confused about this question if I say yes I should gives proof the only reason its to join my husband and steel down to have a family together This is enough reason. Though yes or no to this question will not influence outcome of the application.
Thank you so much for help, I will be waiting for an answer please

1 could you and your partner live together outside the uk is necessary ?
the answer is no for example his a Britsh and all he's family are un the uk and he's an active member always her for help if needed and he's close to his nephews :is that could be a correct and appropriate answer Yes, it is an appropriate answer.
2 if you were required to leave the uk,what country would you go to ? her i say the name of my birth country and the they ask me Are there any factors which would make it difficult or impossible for you to integrate and establish a private life in that country ? and her i don't known what to say Respond as it applies to your circumstances, Whatever you say will not affect the visa decision.
3 would any of your other family members be affected if your application was refused ? i assume yes but i should give reasons who doesn't include my husband any examples pleaseRespond as it applies to your circumstances, Whatever you say will not affect the visa decision.
