Supporting document upload notification

Post by engrcj » Mon Apr 03, 2023 2:50 pm

Hi all,

I hope you are well.

My spouse visa application was submitted on 23rd March.
I attended the Self Service biometric on 27th March and received a notification that my visa application was sent to the Decision Making Centre for processing. I submitted my supporting documents prior to the biometric appointment.
Today I received a notification from VISAINFO.SHEFO@fcdo.gov.uk - please see below.

Can I ignore the notification since I already submitted my supporting documents? Has anyone received this? It says it's an automated email so wondering if this just gets sent out once the application status gets updated.

It does very clearly say IF you have not.

It is generic email. Ignore what is not relevant.
