Bringing my wife and kid to the uk

I need somebody's help on this matter, I need to bring my wife and kid in the uk and i have a few questions that nobody managed to answer to me until now.

I was previously married in the UK with an EU citizen and as our marriage fall apart i moved out of the house we was living in but only applied for divorce about 6 months after. About 3-4 months after i moved from that house i went back home and married a Pakistani woman. Now i need to bring her and my kid in the uk but i am not sure how i can do that and what type of visa is best to apply for her. Of course the divorce from the EU citizen was finalized in November last year but my wedding in Pakistan was hold in January. i am not sure how to go about this. Is somebody can advise me about how i can bring my family here i will be really grateful as well as if you can advise a solicitor that can actually help.

What's your status in the UK? If you have ILR/you're British, Spouse visa is the way to go.

Not possible as OP was not free to marry as he married in Pakistan before he was divorved.

Fiance visa is what he would need and then marry in the UK within the 6 month visa validity and then apply for a spouse visa.

Possibly I understood OP incorrectly, but I thought what they meant is they divorced last year (Nov 2022) and marriage was held in January (2023).
That's up to OP to clarify, then, if they do hold ILR/BC even.

Thank you for your answers, so my Pakistani marriage is registered in jan 2023 and my eu citizen divorce was completed n nov 2023. I believe then that the option i have is to bring her here with a finance visa and then marry here within the 6 months, what i am not sure here is will this affect my kids visa or what do i need to do to have sort that out then.
