Hi Everyone
I am applying for Spouse visa for my wife I just want to ask that do we still need to fill Appendix 2 Form and Statutory Declaration Form /SU07 ?

No, i believe the information is in the visa form now.
and Statutory Declaration Form /SU07 ?
SU07 has never been required for a spouse visa.
