How to apply for ILR Dependant visa before the applicant turns 18

Hello folks,
Need some expert advice here urgently.
Our situation now:
1) UKG - came on 22-Feb-2015, due for ILR in a month’s time in long residence route. He's currently on Skilled worker visa valid from Aug-2024 to Sep-2025.
2) SG, wife, came in Sep-2016. Currently on Skilled worker visa valid from Aug-2024 to Aug-2027.
3) AG, son, came in Sep-2016, would turn 18 on 23-Feb-2025. Currently dependant on SG's(mother) visa until Sep-2025.
All 3 have continuous residence with few days absence for tourism etc.

UG has already started his ILR Application process, and would take the super priority service.
●Once UG files for his ILR, can AG in parallel apply as dependant child on ILR?
●Can UG submit the ILR application and make payment, and then take the biometric appointment before 28days of completing 10 years.
●How can we get a quick biometric appointment?

Kindly advise.

Your son will follow the same route as your wife and qualify for ilr when she does.

Ypur son will have to apply for a Skilled Worker dependent visa extension before his current visa expires.

There is no other route for him.

Really need some more detailed clarifications on the point: below:
Under current circumstances mentioned in the previous post, can me and my son apply for family visa together on my husband's ILR before he turns 18?
In such case, would that reset our 10 year long residence route to ILR in 2026, or the family visa is also considered eligible in 10 year long residence route to ILR?
I also read in gov.uk website( https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa/child) that you may not need a family visa if at least one of your parents has indefinite leave to remain or proof of permanent residence. What does that really mean?
